The way your are treated by Lambro is carefully controlled by a unique Service Pledge covering all aspects of your contact with us right from the initial consultancy through to the finished installation.

Consultancy Code of Practice - The last thing you need is a high-pressure sales person.  Our sales staff are genuine consultants guiding you with experience and expertise through the purchase of your new drive or landscaped area. They’ll offer high quality advice and recommendations about materials, timescales and costs and provide you a detailed report with full pricing so you’ll have no “hidden extra” surprises.

Order Confirmation and Dates - Your work will be planned for a particular date and number of days and we’ll inform you of this once your order is placed. Our highest priority is to get it finished by the day promised but occasionally the weather and supply of products can cause a short delay. In these unusual situations we pledge to inform you as soon as we know of a delay and give you a new date for the work to be completed.

Installation - The physical installation is carefully controlled by British Standards (BS7533 Part 3). This governs the base, drainage, size of cuts and a whole host of other areas. Both Marley and Marshall’s have awarded us their prestigious quality awards based on their inspections of our work and you can be sure that your work will be performed to the highest industry standards.

On-Site Code of Practice - You are proud of your home and our site workers are trained to take the same care of it as you do. They will be polite and courteous to you and your neighbours and act in a professional manner at all times. They will also discuss final design elements and will be pleased to explain any aspect of the work.

Leaving Site - Your site will be left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed. The final product will look professional and we aim to exceed your expectations regarding tidiness and rubbish removal.

Insurance - Many less professional companies have insurance that sometimes doesn’t include public liability. Lambro has a £5m policy to cover every eventuality.

Guarantee - Not only do you receive our 5 year guarantee but depending on the materials used Marshall’s are so confident in our work that they will give you a 10 year guarantee direct! Marshall’s are by far the largest supplier of landscaping materials to the industry and we have been carefully vetted to ensure the long lasting quality of our work.

Payment - We’re committed to doing your job professionally and within promised timescales and in return we ask for a small commitment of 25% when you place your order. This confirms the diary dates and books your job into our system. We’ll ask for nothing more until you’re completely satisfied with the finished work. Just prior to leaving we will check you are happy with everything and ask that you have a cheque prepared for us.
